Faq / What are the first things I need to do to set up my HON account?

First you should complete your profile. Click on the “Profile” link in the main navigation menu. This information is used to auto populate the welcome emails and newsletters sent to your clients so be sure to fill it out accurately (the Bio is not important at first).


Upload your photo and logo. The welcome email and newsletters use the images you upload. You can view samples of this after you upload these images by going to the Custom Settings page and clicking on Marketing Materials.


Watch all the videos on the site. These will help you understand the program better and how to navigate around the site.
